If you have the Early Access edition of BG3, you will need to uninstall it and delete all saves to prevent any bugs, recommended by Lauren.
Someone posted a cracked .exe for the game on one of the other communities, but FitGirl just updated her website and commented she is working on her release. Hopefully DODI is doing the same.
