Scrambled eggs, avocado, muesli, some season vegetales some nice juice and a coffee (mandatory to prepare on a Mocca) would make the trick. Simple and easy is best!

I’m going to have to start dragging my arse into the office shortly so my elaborate porridge is out the window (prep time plus eating time).
That yoghurt seems a good option. What’s in it?
I did something similar. If you fry some mushrooms and add humus it’s also amazing!
