Testing Focus

Today’s PTU build beings the focus of feature testing in the PU. With this build we will only have the PU enabled (no AC) and the Hull-C and cargo rework is not fully available for feedback although most of the cargo updates will function on other ships.

All UGF’s have been replaced in the same positions as they were previously, with the settings they previously had applied to them reapplied where appropriate. This means functionally the current locations should be no different than they were before on the mission side of things and also art wise should be the same barring some minor adjustments to the exterior layout of each location.

This is hilarious. They replaced UGFs using Rastar and put them back exactly how they were before?

What I loved about PO is that there was no elevator between the interior and the pads.

With current stations, elevators act similar to a loading screen: I know it’s not a loading screen, but by magically moving me elsewhere, it’s just like teleportation…

Seeing ships out of the window in PO, and then walking out to them, it really showed how seamless Star Citizen is!

There’s definitely a disconnect with the new station elevator layout. I still have hope that bring back to where all the sections are connected physically. No one really likes the hand-wavium.
