This is awful. A lot in the open source world relies on this.

Patent infringement claims in 2019 saw Mozilla reach a settlement to avoid litigation. As part of that settlement it was forced to make changes to MLS that impacted its ability to invest in and improve the service.

Seems like it’s been a slow decline since then, and now they’re pulling the plug.

I despise patent trolls.
