I’m for taking everything from 1890 to today to court.

It will hurt many people from both sides in different ways, but at least this situation will stop escalating and making people do “justice by their own hands”.

Its like when a husband and a wife are fighting and escalating to the point of killing each other and their children.

Just call the court and get a damn divorce, live in different houses and regulate child custody. The peace of mind that knowing law boundaries give is unpayable. I say this based on my own experience.
