Why the hell anti semitism is not under a generic law of racism or prejudice?

An equivalent law to this for black people would say that criticizing African countries counts as racism, which is not the case today.

Aren’t we supposed not to differentiate people by race, ethnicity and religion? Why do Jews and Israeli gets more protection against discrimination than black or asian or whatever?

There was a ridiculous article in Times of Israel advocating that claiming that Jews are equal to others is anti semitic, because it denies them as the choosen people.

That’s how ridiculous you can get by passing laws against discrimination that itself discriminates the victims.
