It feels weird that this is now a trilogy. In my mind, there are two Bill and Teds… plus that new one
The third was ok. Bill carried the entire movie though. It’s a fitting 30 years later addition to the story. There was a lot more skits in it than I expected, which was nice.
But it is a watch once movie. Unlike the other two.
I actually liked the third one. I thought the casting of the kids was perfect and the passing of the torch was necessary.
It’s just my most old man take that there are two of these movies and they belong in the '80s
The kids were great, I was surprised
Bill carried the entire movie
This is very true and was a big surprise for me. I expected more from Keanu.
At least its not like the fourth Matrix movie, which is more of a “I wish I didnt watch that” movie.
Well, the entire point of that movie a big middle finger to the studio. It wasn’t meant for actual audiences.
The last one fits in very nicely
Randomly yesterday I found out that Alex Winter/Bill is into digital freedoms : https://podbay.fm/p/effs-how-to-fix-the-internet/e/1716275100
Ooh, Im gonna need that, I think.
It’s a shame that all the deleted scenes have been lost to time. There was quite a bit cut from Bogus Journey I would’ve liked to have seen. I think Shout Factory tried searching for it all when they released the first two films on Blu-ray, but were unsuccessful.
