There is plenty of evidence that hormone blockers to cause infertility. Sadly, a kid may believe you and never be able to have children.

Yes they do. The same drug is used to chemically castrate sex offenders. Extended use will absolutely cause infertility. Testosterone usage is often used on women at the same time and can destroy their uterus.
