glad to see surveyors are at least trying to give up the bottle

Recently I bought the game and my first city is a complete mess. I cannot figure out how train traffic lights work, like, at all. But at least my citizens say they are happy and health is pretty good. So maybe I’m actually nailing it and trains traffic lights are bourgeoise decadence.
