      Giving very Uncanny Valley.

      It’s because (in addition to it being a fake photo) we’re so used to seeing his mouth closed when he smiles… i.e. a forced, media smile.

    What consequences? A mugshot he’s gonna sell on a t-shirt and his goons can use in a million propaganda memes? We’re gonna get him any day now guys. Just keep posting it’s definitely gonna happen this time. /s

      Yeah I’ve no idea why they allowed him to pose for the shot. It should be stand straight and head leveled. Instead he’s doing his strongman serious pose to sell it later.

      Yup, having to go to a courtroom and pose for a picture are not what I would consider “consequences.” But it’s a start.

          The first and currently only person to run for the US presidency from prison was a socialist called Eugene V. Debs, he also helped found the IWW and the DSA. He was repeatedly arrested for labour activism and criticising the foreign policy of the USA until he died in 1926.
