Right, just ignore the rest of the sentence where it says he openly used his status in the company to make advances towards women.
You shouldn’t label all women that way. I’m sure you have fond thoughts about your own mother or grandmother. What you’re saying basically calls them horrible people which I’m sure isn’t true.
The issue in this case is that you have a man with a position of power potentially using that position to prey on women who are less able to reject his advances without potential consequences like losing their job.
There might be more profound reasons for women’s lack of interest in you than money or power.
