Now it is currently discussed to allow Cannabis with the US as an example. Literal test cities, just as the US did with some states. We will see a migration of addicts as well.

I just care for a stable culture of rationality. I don’t care about race. I am no racist. But I am indeed Islamophobic, homophobic, transphobic, christianophobic (not so much because Christianity is going downhill here), … because I consider these things culturally inferior. They are inhibitors of rationality.
I am half Russian myself. And I have seen Russia and I have seen the US. And I can confidently say, that our culture, which is still more rational than the others, is therefor indeed the superior one.
