The very idea that you can restrict what people do in other states or their travel to other states is ludicrous. But that doesn’t mean that these ludicrous people won’t try it.
It’s blatantly unconstitutional to restrict freedom of movement between states for US citizens. I imagine these sorts of laws are popping up so the corrupt SCOTUS can legislate from the bench to change that.
