I speak a bit of russian (it was actually my first language, but like many 1st generation Americans, I lost it). There’s murmuring in the background that I can’t make out because of the wind on the mic. The guy says “here” as he puts down the sack. “I wanted to say a few words, but these guys here…”. No idea WTF is going on, but there’s not a word about the war, as far as I can discern.
