There’s a right way and a wrong way to copy and paste.

But nobody will ever learn the right way because somebody told them about it; this knowledge is only attainable by those who read their screen.

I love watching more senior developers do things, and getting to ask them how they did that, what keyboard shortcut was that, etc.

I’d say having someone stand over your shoulder and direct your clicking is worse.
