It is between -4 and -10 degrees Celsius in the part of Pennsylvania he was arrested. Especially seeing as he was kept outside the McDonald while being arrested and then moved by the police without a jacket, hat, mask, or any other heavy duty clothing, he honestly might just look like that as a result of the blood rushing back to his face and a runny/stuffed nose from the cold.
Neither he or his lawyer mentioned him being hit by police, which feels like something they would jump on immediately if he was tortured.
Knowing how bloodthirsty US cops are, they won’t outwardly torture him. They’ll just lock him in solitary confinement, wake him up multiple times in the middle of the night as part of “suicide check”, and forget to feed him quite frequently.
Is that his mugshot? Didnt he get taken in without a fight? Whys it look like someone punched him in the nose recently?
