The phone call was recorded and given to Lakeland police by the FBI. During the call, Boston was heard saying “Delay, deny, depose. You people are next.”

The “You people are next” is why it was considered a threat.

They’re still treating her unfairly to send a message not to fuck with the rich and prevent a movement, but it’s not like the three words alone caused the arrest.
