Intel says that it plans to spin off its corporate venture arm, Intel Capital, into a standalone fund, with Intel as an “anchor investor.”

Intel manufacturing can’t be sold because of CHIPs act so the suits are going to carve the biggest piece they can along a different line and sell that instead. This is clever and sad.
