I’ve seen a lot of people switching to librewolf. I personally switched to floorp which is a fork of Firefox, although I don’t actually know if it’s better for privacy, it just claims to be.
Firefox at least has the advantage of a well-audited codebase, and at some point, security is something that needs to be accounted for. I think it’s a little premature to grab our pitchforks.
