I hope its a bug but it seems that the shop no longer has a guaranteed uncurse scroll.

I kind of like that these are rare. I’m constantly weighing using something I found if i can’t identify it and don’t want to risk upgrading.

I will risk it for a ring, most of the time. I don’t mind having to upgrade a ring since they really benefit from it and rings are pretty handy.
