One in particular catches my attention as there is a federal case being presided over by a judge he appointed, so also curious how that isn’t also bogus in that it’s a conflict of interest. I mean, there are so many it’s hard to begin. The one regarding his handling of secret materials is something every single high ranking official has done. To put it this way, if other politicians were treated with the same standards as Trump everyone would be under investigations and prosecuted.
Other politicians return those materials when asked rather than try to hide them and lie about what they have.

Read the indictment. It says he specifically went behind his own lawyers’ backs to remove the classified documents from where they were stored and moved them to his personal residence after they had already been subpoenaed. …and then basically lied to his own lawyers. The prosecution is going to make the case that this was obstruction of justice.

It has nothing to do with him running for president again. I’d bet most of the DNC would love for him to be the candidate again.
