How about… Ya know… Not doing that HBO.
Speak for yourself, I’ve been waiting for the movie of this ever since he was elected.
So frustrating that being a notorious criminal / scumbag / scammer / etc will not only often pay off in and of itself, but if for whatever reason you’re prominent enough, you’ll also inevitably get offers for some TV or movie deal.
Crime shouldn’t pay. These stories should still be told and I think there is some value to society, but I don’t want the criminals to make any money. I wish there were some law that would prevent this somehow. Difficult to implement obviously, but this is a shitty situation.
Best we can do as average people is to ignore this and not spend any money on it I guess. I can read Wikipedia to learn about the fucked up things this asshole did.
I don’t think Santos would get money from this? It looks to be a satirical take based on him so I don’t think he is attached in any way. But when real life is so ridiculous its hard to imagine a satire.
I have no idea why he needs a movie. His story isn’t that interesting. As you said you can Wikipedia and get all the details.
Dear HBO - Bowen Yang. You’re welcome.
Harvey Guillen has my vote!
He was so good as “Sanchez” in Blue Beetle.
Just america being america, I guess
Can John Stewart play him?
