My sentiment after only a dozen or so episodes. I mean, Christ, we even made it a drinking game by then (Stamets says “mycelial”, etc.), but that was too optimistic and our alcoholism was soundly beaten into submission.
Such squandered potential. I feel like most of the actors did the best they could with what they were given. I really would have enjoyed this show more if it had been more of an ensemble piece.
I’ve made it until the end of S2, and that’s taken me several years. I decide that it’s just not the show for me and stop watching, but every now and then I forget that and try another episode! Then the cycle repeats.
I do like some aspects of it, including the ship itself. I don’t like the rotating saucer though.
