This year has gone by so fast and I don’t know where it all went!

Now it’s soon time for many of us to celebrate with our families and eat amazing food. Some of us don’t celebrate christmas and for you I would wish all the good things in the world to.

I hope you enjoy the holiday and are able to spend it with the ones you love.

    I live in Norway and in my part of Norway, the west, we eat what’s called “Pinnekjøtt”, in english it would translate to bone meat. It’s lamb ribs that we eat with potatoes, kohlrabi stew and sauerkraut. I’m sooo looking forward to 24th so that I can enjoy this meal with my family, It’s one of my favorite thing to eat for sure!
