      Obviously an authoritarian regime is going to back China

      That is quite the loaded view of a country that European whites have economically colonised and made labour slaves for centuries. Thankfully Uganda has an alternative country to rely on.

        Uganda is being exploited by both the west, China and it’s own leaders. Museveni gives zero fucks about his people and is just using the geopolitical situation to try to siphon more money from China into him and his cronies’ pockets

          We will see. China’s history record tells us they are not the same as USA/UK and such western colonialists that seek control using IMF and World Bank, otherwise commit drone strikes.
