I hope that they can recover from this and repair all the lights that were already produced. The performance was excellent in TacGriz’s review so it’s clear the driver quality is much higher than Acebeam H16. Safety is kind of important though 😀
They are recalling the H150 and will exchange them for a fixed version. It’s a huge financial loss, though. And I don’t want to be the engineer who caused this trouble.
On the M150, it’s possible to desolder the RPP. Can you do that on the H150 as well?
Or at least file it down so it cannot make contact with the battery?
Now I’m wondering. I know these signs are used in Belgium but are they used in other countries too?
In Germany we have them everywhere. When I look out the window I see at least 10 of them.
