‘Yellowstone’ star Lainey Wilson testifies AI using her voice was ‘gut punch’: ‘It is a personal violation’::Lainey Wilson spoke in front of the House Judiciary Committee Republicans on Friday asking for artists to have a “choice” when it comes to AI platforms using musicians’ voices.
The story doesn’t say how she was victimized. It has a link, but it just circles back to the same article. Shitty ass Fox.
Huh I guess 4 guest appearances on a soap opera outweigh her entire musical career, including 2 Grammy nominations this year.
The article doesn’t cover the most important issue:
how will this affect that absolute dump truck of an ass?
Edit: some people cannot take a joke - I assure you, that ass is no joke.
Oh no, maybe she’ll have to go to school or read a book because she can’t talk in front of a camera now, sick of people talking shit about AI when really these people are just piece of shit human beings who don’t do shit, except living a little Trust funds, party plan, or self publish their own shit books.
wtf have you never made art in your life. what a sad sad take. please get help

I wonder if these rich celebs complaining about AI ever used self checkouts?
I wonder if the people who make comments like these would feel quite so smug if their likeness was put online for anyone to use to promote hateful or disrespectful content.
If you’ve ever put a photo online or been in the background of someone else’s photos, then you already have your likeness available. With the ease of making deep fakes, there’s no way to stop people from abusing it, so there’s only a couple ways it can go.
-
Govt tries to ban deep fakes. This will effectively boil down to making math illegal because the govt is notoriously bad at handling tech laws, and all current AI is is algorithms.
-
Nothing changes, eventually people realize they need to actually do their research because everything online is fake.
-
Everyone shuts their brain completely off and assumes everything they see is real. Honestly, this might have the upside of putting an end to celebrity culture because the more exposure you have, the more likely someone is to ruin your reputation.

Depends if they make me look hot tbh
