The inbuild ad/rackerblocker works fine for me, even blocks cookie advices and even some paywalls. It depends only on the filterlists you add. The only site where the Vivaldi adblocker failes is YouTube, but for this I use instead a script with Violentmonkey which get rid of all ads, nags and craps in YT.
