    From:

REGULATION (EU) 2022/2065 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 19 October 2022

on a Single Market For Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (Digital Services Act) (Text with EEA relevance)

    (78)

[…]A high annual turnover or market capitalisation can in particular be an indication of fast scalability in terms of user reach. In those cases, the Digital Services Coordinator of establishment or the Commission should be able to request more frequent reporting from the provider of the online platform or of the online search engine on the number of active recipients of the service to be able to timely identify the moment at which that platform or that search engine should be designated as a very large online platform or very large online search engine, respectively, for the purposes of this Regulation.

It seems they want that number to clerify, if a plattform is big or not according to following image

I’m no lawyer, i just looked into to DMA document, maybe some other parts show better why they want the user numbers.

Uh, that’s a long and convoluted text. Thanks. But the parts you quoted just say they have to disclose information on request. Not have a dedicated website for that.

Yes, you could be right. Document about the law is long and probably you need to read a lot of it. I just tried to find a part from it.
