social.vivaldi.net is open for everyone. You don’t need an Vivaldi account to join it. The only difference is, if you have an Vivaldi account, with it you can access it’s instance without the need of a new account, simply clicking in the Mastodon icon which Vivaldi has in it’s webpanel by default.
