This has happened after leaving VS code almost unusable for some years since debugging wasn’t working on Unity 3D. I was able to use an old version of VS code omnisharp that would allow me to debug Unity on my Linux desktop. Do you think there is some EEE agenda in this decision? Or this is good news?

    It was also a problem with windows. I was trying to get it to work with Linux and couldn’t so I moved to windows. I still couldn’t get it to work so I just gave up. Yes, I installed .net and tried other things.

      There is a version of omnisharp Vs code extension C#, 1.23.16 that would allow you to debug took me a while to find out. But now there is no need for that even

        Yeah, I used unity for a jam about a month ago, it took me about 4 hours to get VSCode working. In the end it was as simple as rolling the C# plugin back a few versions, but boy did it take me a long time to figure that out.
