You can go to the restaurant at the top, which also allows you to get a nice view (and is not that much more expensive than just the observation deck).
Yeah, I believe you just pay the price for the food, but it’s not an extra charge on top of that for dining at the top of the tower or visiting the observation deck while there. Once you get to the top thou, it’s kinda underwhelming. You just feel sad for $50 you lost to get up there 😂
