    I’m a day late. :)

But does anyone know where to get an antique straight razor sharpened? I have two of them, and both seem a little too far dulled to recover with just a strop.

Yes, there are enough guys around that shave with a straight that you should have a few choices with that. I know Maggard Razors does it.

I’ve only tried a sample of the fragrance, so I can’t speak to the rest of the line, but I generally find that dirt and mineral notes read as way stronger in shave soap scents than they do in an aftershave. I wonder if that’s what you’re picking up here.

I tend to lean towards fruit scents for my personal tastes, so I bet you’re right. The citrus is just coming more forward in the splash and the soap gets more of the undertones that I’m not used to yet.

My shipment just came in with the sample of the EdP and shave soap (along with the towel). I’ll be trying the soap later today for my SotD. I’m liking the EdP (sprayed some on my arm to test). I’ll give it a fun run next week, but I may end up buying a full bottle.
