    In a spy movie, the agent would use a dead drop to contact the operative, who would then travel to a different city using a throw away identity . After spending a day making sure they weren’t being watched, the two would meet covertly in a safe house.

    In real life, Trump calls an associate in another country and openly pays someone to lie to the FBI. I mean, when has the FBI ever looked into anyone’s past?

      FBI informant is a good business. They are paid to provide results, legally or otherwise.

      This is the MO.

      There is a story how “FBI informant” got paid 100k to get “terrorist”

      What he did is groomed a mentally ill Muslim kid to be a terrorist and that was counted as W.

      Mother had to go to court to explain to judge that her child is too dim to plan or execute much of anything.
