    This isn’t because the city is proactively addressing the problem. It’s because homelessness is a growing problem and people who were subjected to anti-homeless laws by Grants Pass in turn sued the city, and now SCOTUS is hearing the case.

    Good old “we just don’t want them in the parks!” For “we really wish they would die or go be a problem somewhere else.”

    Letting them camp somewhere with a drinking fountain and toilet is the absolute bare minimum.

    But they’d rather fight in the Supreme Court for the ability to try to kill them than build an out of the way homeless camp.
