No boookz, more harassing homeless folks or kicking teenagers. Educa-what? All in all - despicable group of people. That’s not an opinion, that’s an observation over decades btw. So - it fits and doesn’t surprise at all.
Weirdly enough, the police is well educated over here. So they can’t even claim ignorance.
Yet this is better than the alternative, it’s easier to get rid of them at the earlier stage.
