The mystery of “infantile amnesia” suggests memory works differently in the developing brain
I remember a shit ton of things. My problem is that memories from when I was 3 or 4 feel like they happened yesterday, while something that happened just yesterday feels like it happened in the distant past if I even remember it at all.
There’s a name for this, and it’s a symptom of ADHD, which I have; but I forgot it. In essence, there’s no sense of time with my memory.
