Is there some kind of app that allows you to control the mouse position with your gaze/eyes?

I have to count a lot of bugs for an experiment, and using the mouse is quite slow. We can’t rely on ai (very difficult to distinguish). I did find gazepointer, but it is Windows only and not that accurate.
