Not gonna say they deserve it, but they should’ve known what they were getting into, right?
I don’t think there is any circumstance where fans should have or expect to have any say in a performer’s private life. Public life, sure, but not private one.
Yeah I hate this nonsense as much as the next guy. I’m mostly asking why they’re surprised.
From what I understand of Korean Kpop stars, particularly the female ones, are less actual stars and more the replaceable face of a massive and very nasty corporate machine.
Just like with the western ones, particularly Disney, I doubt most of them understand what they’re getting into.
