What is going on, are they just doing this to muddy the water? I can’t imagine ISIS is actually planning attacks on European soil that makes 0 sense.

      Honestly I think it’s because everyone expected it to be Ukraine, and having ISIS or Chechens appear was absolutely not anticipated at all by anyone.

      It might be reasonable to say that Ukraine had no part in this and ISIS saw a target of opportunity while Russia was distracted, and that’s something that no one expected.
