Not “in any way.” Without exception or waiver. Of course a government doesn’t want to allow products from an entity with associations with another government to be involved with their activity. This is rational and every nation does this. Every nation spies on every other nation and every nation knows that every other nation is trying to spy on it. Acting like rules that attempt to prevent this is wrong is blatently misleading, and it could only be argued like that by someone trying to convince people the US government must be evil (which it may be, but not for this).
