I know a lot of people are having issues with the frame rate, but is that limited to PC? I’m playing on PS5 and it’s been very smooth. The only thing I’ve noticed is NPCs fading into existence when they’re right in front of me.
It could just be that I have low standards.
I don’t have a frame counter. I mean “smooth” as in I haven’t noticed it slowing down when I enter towns or in large fights. That’s the only metric that matters to me. Only PCMR nonces care about “locked 120 fps max settings lol console peasants”.
