Trump didn’t declare war when he did drone strikes in Syria, despite that being an act of war. It is unlikely that Biden will ever declare war even if we expand our theatres of conflict. We literally have boots on the ground acting in Gaza right now, and it hasn’t been declared ‘a war’. Stop pretending you live in a democracy, it’s embarrassing.
