Hi, I just bought the nanokontrol2 to fiddle around a bit with Reaper, but there doesn’t seem to be any drivers for linux readily available. I’ve searched around a bit to see if someone made drivers to get it to work - but I apperantly I just too dim to make it work. Does anybody have any pointers how to get this device to work properly with Reaper?

If I remember correctly, Wine has no way to interface with usb devices, so the Korg Kontrol Editor won’t detect the hardware even if it installs and runs. I keep a windows 10 vm for this purpose. Realearn is so capable that you could probably avoid the config software altogether.

My bad. You’re completely right. I forgot that’s how I was doing it.

The only reason I saw to use the config software is that the sensitivity on the knobs needs to be modified or they just act like a toggle.
