you procrastinate getting your work done until the weekend, “I’ll just get it done on sunday.” You forget about it until 23:00 sunday and then realize you have to do it. Somehow, you get it done on time and realize you were stressing about nothing. You proceed to do the exact same thing the next week. It’s a vicious cycle.
Why relax when you can feel guilty about not doing anything instead?
