I work mostly with women with childhood and relationship trauma, and I do EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.

This is clearly the way.

I can honestly say I am good at being a psychotherapist. I hated my old career (financial auditing), and I love this one. Because I love it, I am motivated to learn new things and become the best I can be. I have amazing clients, and they are making progress. I’m proud of what I do!

I will not drink with you today!

I quit weed as well, best decision I’ve ever made. It totally became a crutch for me rather than a helpful thing. It’s nice to be clear-headed and motivated to actually do stuff. But it was hard, not going to lie.
