I almost never watch “shorts” but my suggestions for it seem to have an…uhhh…adult theme. I don’t watch any such thing with YouTube. Does everyone see garbage like this?

    YouTube revanced let’s you disable shorts permanently. Fuck those useless videos, designed to get you addicted. I’m fairly sure consuming too many shorts irreparably damages the brain. Don’t quote me on that but people just stopped fact checking because it takes longer than 20 seconds.

      I mostly don’t like how it just feels like YouTube corporate wants me to watch shorts instead of regular videos. I don’t want to be their darling user bowing to the whims of the empire.

        I just fucken hate short form content. A twenty minute video is too short for me sometimes, give me a three hour long video on how some dude went missing in a random ass national forest ive never heard of.

          I don’t hate short form content necessarily. It’s a mood thing. Sometimes, I want to see a rapid fire of motorcycling videos, for instance. But other times I want to see 20 minute videos, and other times I’m in the mood for videos over an hour.
