I would buy all of the “commercial” land that I could just to spite developers who want to mow down all the trees to put up strip malls.

Put a small part of it on side. It’s more than enough to never work again.

The rest (like 95%) of it, I would use to buy and/or build homes across my city and offer affordable housing for everyone. Especially for college students, who get fucked over by the mind boggling rent prices the most.
