I get your point. When I was in middle school, I referred to anyone in power that I didn’t like as “Hitler,” too, regardless of accuracy. George Bush? Hitler. Al Gore? Also Hitler. The substitute teacher who yelled at me for goofing around? Hitler! That local cop who stopped us from egging cars and let us off with a warning? There was clearly no other world leader I could possibly compare him to.

The good news is that I grew out of being constantly hyperbolic so maybe you will, too!

Uh, I’m pretty outspoken in my support for Palestinians so I’m not sure how I could “admit” I hate them when I don’t

The authors of the genocide in Palestine today is the Israeli settler state led by Netanyahu and supported by Biden. Of course the comparisons to Hitler are justified. Your comment reads as genocide denial within that context. These Hitler comparisons not fall from the sky but was developed in context. If you really are outspoken about your support of Palestinians, then it would have been obvious why these comparisons are made.

Hyperbole diminishes your point every time. Hitler led the genocide. Netanyahu is the Hitler here…not Biden or Trump
