    I hope this goes through, at least for wage workers or anyone with no stake in the company. I was surprised to learn how common it was for hairdressers! Janitors!? The idea may have a purpose in some places, but it’s obviously being abused to punish any employees who leave regardless of the reason.

      What do you mean “goes through?” It’s a decision from the FTC so it went through, unless I’m misunderstanding that process.

    This will lead to massive amounts of fraud sadly.

        The SEC/Fed can freely fuck off to work at Goldman now and don’t need to do that song/dance.

        Financial institutions have these in place for a good reason (and there is nothing to say they can’t keep some industries under the regulations)
